By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Ace JSDA, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Ace JSDA provides independent exam-preparation materials for JSDA candidates. Ace JSDA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Japan Securities Dealers Association.

Ace JSDA provides digital access to study materials, including practice questions, explanations, video lessons, flashcards, syllabus mindmaps, analytics, and related learning tools.

Your access period, available modules, and included features depend on the plan or module access assigned to your account.

Due to the nature of this product as an immediately accessible digital study platform, all purchases are final and no refunds are available.

This no-refund policy applies whether or not you use every feature, complete every lesson, finish every practice set, or pass the exam.

Any pass guarantee or access-extension support is a study-access benefit only. It is not a money-back guarantee.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Account sharing, resale, automated scraping, copying question banks, or redistributing content is not permitted.

We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared, used for abuse, or used to copy or redistribute Ace JSDA content.

Ace JSDA is an educational study aid. We do not guarantee that any specific question will appear on the official exam, and we do not guarantee that using the service will result in a passing score.

You remain responsible for confirming official exam requirements, registration rules, eligibility, and current JSDA guidance.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details on Ace JSDA servers.

Some service functions may rely on hosting, email, analytics, database, payment, and security providers that help us operate the platform.

Ace JSDA content, including questions, explanations, videos, layouts, text, and study tools, is owned by Ace JSDA or its licensors.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the study platform during your access period.

We may update content, features, pricing, plans, and platform functionality over time.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, outages, third-party issues, or security events may affect availability.
